Hello there. I told this to the support 6 months ago but nothing has changed yet. Since then I wasn’t able to use the Alleria skin anymore in the arena, only the default Rexxar skin would be shown. After entering the arena the normal deck skins are all reset to Rexxar. So one needs to repick Alleria after each single arena run even in ranked, which is very annoying.
Can you finally please fix that and make things we actually paid for avaiable in the game again? I am tired of waiting. I did hope that when the 1k portrait issue occured, you’d stumble over the other problem as well, but apparently you didn’t. Please fix.
I don’t play much arena so bear with me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t the current Hallow’s End event change everyone’s skin to be the “cosplay” version of the default skin?
Yes, but Alleria still gets reset to Rexxar in ranked after I’ve played an arena run. And this only started happening when Alleria wasn’t avaiable in the arena anymore, so even if I can’t see the “true” skins right now, from the one bug I know that the other exists still as well.
It seems that the arena can’t detect other than default skins anymore, and if you have any custom skin equipped and start an arena run, all your decks will be reset to the default one for every mode. It’s simply being overwritten each time.

Hello, Blizzard? It doesn’t work, I now only see Rexxar in the arena. When are we able to use the content again we PAID for?
