I not think every single card has to break the game but when there isn’t even a single higher rarity card that is actually powerful in standard you did wrong.
I did buy 10 packs after the miniset and i enjoying most deck born from it without even need to touch that bundle.
The cards just aren’t worth 2K Gold Power wise.
Also people are a little bored because the impact wasn’t really that big.
There should be more buildarounds in the minisets.
i bought it in the hope some cards get nerfed for cheap dust
only 15 euro.
The value is undeniable in terms of dust. On the other hand, minami is not wrong: the miniset didn’t switch things up, as minisets are intended to do.

Is that what they are supposed to do? Or is that based on more just how the mini-sets of the past have affected the meta?
That’s a good question. If memory serves, team members have implied that these minisets are intended to “spice things up.”
You said the same about the last mini set lmao, and we know how that turned out.
Anyway im yet again buying this mini set Blizzard knows what they are doing when they put yet another legendary on Mage i cant miss out on.
Even on the last mini set with Kazakusan and Raid Boss you said the same bs that it wasnt good enouth, i fear the day a mini set is good enouth for you …
Ah alright. Well they have done just that most of the time. The impactful card of the recent mini-set has been neptulon imo, mostly with big shaman.
That sounds interesting; I haven’t heard of Big Shaman before. Do you have a deck list, by chance?
If you’re being sarcastic, haha.
If you actually don’t know, here is a deck code that shows off basically what people have been working with

Nope, no sarcasm intended. I haven’t played ladder in about five days while I’m using up all of my Arena passes. I also have never played Wild, and so have virtually no knowledge of its meta. It’s a bummer; I was looking forward to trying a Standard Big Shaman!
Ah right, understandable. Yeah big shaman is sort of broken with the massive value it can produce by turn 1. I’m thinking of rotating over to standard to avoid the punishing blow of a lot of different combo decks like infinte mage, linecracker druid, tess infinite stealth etc.
sort of why i only buy the mini-sets. not so much for the dust, but because it’s 66 guarantied cards with multiple legendaries for a much lower price than pre-releases, or those pack bundles they periodically throw out

why do i find you not having played Wild so surprising?

Yeah.
I missed too many expansions for that.
I guess minami just didn’t hit the Jackpot. Feelsbadman. Sadge.
i think i have too lol that’s why i don’t ever expect to get anywhere in rankings. i just have cards i enjoy playing & that’s the only place i really can, for fun. i’m terrible at duels & arena
Actually did and for less than 500 Gold.
This is my actual issue.
Even if the cards dont provide much of a change to the meta, it is still insane value. I could spend 3000+ gold on packs and maybe get all the cards, or I could just spend 2000 gold and get all of them instantly
Even if the legendaries arent worth getting you can dust all of them and get a legendary of your choice

feels like you are posting bad advice on purpose going by the value we get for 2000 alone

The thing is, cards may not be good at the moment, but maybe broken when future expansions are released.
Also 2K gold = 20 packs, you get 2 legendarys on a lucky day, despite you may get 0. 4 legendarys + bunch of epics cards are insane value
