You have to nerf this card: Flamewaker, as soon as possible, is too broken on the mage deck in wild mode!

The opponent OTK in the 5th round and I can’t do anything!

its cancer, but the spring water seems to be the root of the problem, or at least has the better chance of getting nerfed. I have never seen any wild cards get nerfed after playing this game nearly a year.

That’s because it’s wild. Blizzard straight says It’s nuts. That’s why it’s wild. There is no balancing wild. If you want something closer to balance then play standard.

Barnes, echo, aviana and sea witch, just to name a few.

Flamewaker needs to die, don’t nerf otherwise unproblematic standard cards like spring water.

Sorcerer Apprentice…Incanter Flow and Mana Biscuit are the main issues

as said in another thread…killing flamewaker will result in Mozaki mage doing the exact same thing…killing Mozaki will result in in timewarp + Giants which is also the same thing…lastly there is Antonidas method

ALL 4 of those deck rely on the 3 cards i specified…Refreshing Water Spring is strong but not the core issue and they go just as fast as Flamewaker for otk

Arcane Intellect is free cast after playing 2 sorcerer apprentice + 1 incanter Flow
the 2 mana one is pretty much draw 2 for free too(forgot name)
Refreshing Waterspring tend to cost 1-2 after reduc and refresh mana

I said “in a year” the Barnes nerf was patch 15.0.4.33402, on August 26, 2019
Aviana nerf was Patch 12.2.0.27358 on October 18, 2018
Sea Witch was Patch 11.1.1.24589 on May 22, 2018

We need more Wild nerfs

The keyword here is “when” and not “how”.

Flamewaker is a 3 mana card and mozaki is a 5 Mana card.

No one should care about taking a combo that literally reduces your life from 30 to 0.

What they should care is about that happening possibly on turn 4.

The best Flamewaker nerf would simply be to disallow it to hit the enemy Hero, just like Pen Flinger.

Your suggestion destroys a new deck completely.

Or, better yet, give Sorcerers Apprentice the not less than (1) condition. Thats what really breaks the deck.

lol @ unproblematic cards like rsw. At this point, any mage cards that have to do with not having minions in deck are actually more laughable than the “restriction” of highlander or eve/odd.

Not really as 2 IF really do the same thing minus the discovers. It’s different, not harder to do without apprentice.

Deck doesn’t need Flamewalker though. Mozaki is more than enough although it’s 1 draw vs 2, but then again the deck has ridiculous draw anyway.

Mozaki and apm are 2 different decks…

died 3 times against this in 5 games, even with khartut defender and other lifesteal cards its just not possible without high luck.
just concede if you see a mage, the faster you concede the less XP the mage gets.
