Blizzard messes it up with the nerf try the last battle after the nerf it is impossible she is one step ahead of you the whole match. They either need to fix or put a new deck because it is not beat able at moment and I’m not the only one. A lot are looking on youtube for how to beat her but all videos are before the nerf and no longer work.
At first I thought “losing out on Innervate (don’t mulligan the starter hand) indeed hurts, but not as much in the Ragnaros battle”, but then I remembered you miss out on the possibility to play a 2 mana Spell + Guidance next turn which absolutely has to hurt a lot.
I did it after the nerf.
I admit, I lost the first time because I was unaware of the second phase.
My 2nd try was an EZ win.
Basically you use your heropower on your hero, so you get a lot of spell damage; if I remember correctly, there is a spell that does a lot of damage to the opponent.
I won without it, because I had a very huge board thanks to arbor up and some other cards.
It’s definetly possible: gibberling was good only in the early game, while to win this fight you need a plan even after turn 10
Your right but it’s just straight tough and luck of the draw. But I did beat her even with the nerf.
to be fair, sylvanas part is too easy for a final boss: she doesn’t do anything relevant and you are never in danger to die.
So, luck of the draw isn’t a thing, when you can stall for 10 turns while keeping her at 30+ health: you boost your self with spell damage, you wait to draw “deal X damage”, you trigger phase 2 and you win
I did it few days ago on first try. Didnt have any problms compared to ragnaros
