Wrongly kicked out of Arena

Hi, good morning.

I just entered the arena and after one defeat I was wrongly kicked out of the run.
I was 1-0 and after a loss, I received the notification that my run was 1-2 and got the compensation for it.
This was a clear bug and I would like to get a refund on the ticket.

same… i get dcd in middle of a game with 30 health turn 2 and when i reopen the game, it was already a lost… i dont belive were more than 20 sec.
