This card needs to go. It’s far too much value for it’s cost with a class that cheats mana like no other.

And when was the last time anyone paid any mana for a lightray? I mean, maybe some bronze noob, but no one pays for them even at 10 mana.

Dude, at this point it’s hilarious to watch. I’ve seen a lot of people defend their class, but nothing like this. It’s full of some of the craziest hot takes I’ve ever read. Pally can be, and has been, literally top of the meta and they will complain about it not being good enough and how bad their cards are. It’s some of the funniest content on these boards now.
And then when you laugh, it’s the same insult every time “Stay in plat!” 
I don’t know what it is about Plat they have an obsession about (perhaps they just recently got out of plat?) but it’s gotta be some borderline mental disorder at this point. Especially when they know the people they use this insult on are proven legend players.

Yes the card just seems a little ridiculous with the current outcast pool and with how aggressive Demon Hunter is.
This is the issue - outcast cards that are either too strong or undercosted for how strong the effect is. Getting more of them isn’t as bad as getting them.
And just to add to your post my friend, Plat isn’t really bad. Lots of folks grind to get even that far. Some just max out in terms of skill. Some just don’t care. It’s about as good an insult as somebody saying to me…

Meh, I remember a guy who defended DH during outland.
Long long ago there were also hunter mains posting here for their class. Back then there was a lot of face hunter hate, so they’re a sort of reaction to push back, while they would lament about the class’ weaknesses.
Druids had one or two around the jade idol to ultimate infestation era.
Mage… has Mall. I think you’re a regular enough to know.
Though I personally don’t remember, one time some people say rogues were the biggest whiners (I guess this was around the caverns quest rogue)
