Does it always go by your last season? Max win stars for me has been 2 and this is my first season playing. Also I presume next season if it starts high as you lose stars it will possibly end up being back at 2 again?
Just a little confused how it works cause even with 7 wins in a row it never got higher than 2.

I have already. It’s this bit that is confusing me “The number of stars awarded for winning each match is determined by a Star Bonus, which is given at the start of each season, and also by a winning streak bonus”.
I started as apprentice I think so even if I win say 7 matches in a row I will still only ever get stars x2?
For this season, yes, you’ll only ever get 2 stars for a streak bonus. Depending on how highly you rank this season (month), you’ll have a star bonus at the beginning of next month. It just makes it so that it’s less of a grind to rank up each month.

If you check the table on the Wiki page, it’s 2x minimum until you reach Silver 5 at least. So for eg: if you reach Diamond 10, you will get at least 8x the next month.
