Correct me if I’m wrong, but wilted shadow should only attack the target of a heal once. I just played a match where I was targeted by a bandage, the shadow attacked, then after the heal it attacked me again. Why is it triggering the attack after the target, and again after the heal?
That was not a Wilted shadow with the ability to attack ? Like discovered by Xavius with the charge dark gift ?
Even with a dark gift, why would it attack twice on each bandage if it’s effect is “whenever you heal an enemy, this attacks it”
Was one of those its regular attack?
You didn’t mention it occured mutliple times so I assumed only once (so one regular attack and one on-heal attack)
to be clear, are you saying you were targeted with multiple healing instances, and noticed that for each instance a single wilted shadow would attack twice per healing instance every time in a particular game? i did a bunch of testing a couple days ago when it was doing buggy things like not attacking, but i never noticed it double attacking … was this after the hotfix for that dropped? ur post shows 14 hours ago at the time of my response so that would seem so if u posted immediately after encountering that situation … my thought on it is i haven’t seen anything like that happen and i have been playing with a wilted shadow deck the last couple days … u’ll have to excuse the other 2 because they go around “educating people” with the bedside manner of forum trolls … take that fwiw … that said, i was wondering if a wilted shadow had the windfury keyword applied to it, would it attack twice per healing instance … perhaps this happened in your game? my instinct would be that even this interaction would not work, and that what you were seeing was some kind of perhaps new bug introduced by w/e was made to fix the old bug … or perhaps it was some weird animation lag, where u were just spammed healing but the heals and attacks desynced? which still seems buggy, but of a different kind … would like to hear a bit more of the play by play
So animation wise, the bandage would do the healing animation without the heal number, the shadow would attack, then the heal would go through, and after that the attack would trigger again.
have u had it happen again? i still haven’t had it happen to me, and i’m diamond 4 with my wilted shadow deck now … not a brag, just i’ve been playing it a lot both ranked and testing and haven’t noticed that behavior
