Wild is 95% Bots

Truly awful, absolutely nothing but mech rogue and even shaman for 10+ games in a row. I wanted to come back to hearthstone and enjoy playing some old wild decks. But playing against the same 2 decks all the way from bronze to diamond was just really awful. I’m going to uninstall it now because of how bad the experience was. The 2 games against humans were pretty fun outside of new cards being insanely strong. When 3 mana swipe is a bad card you know the power creep is real. It’s very unfortunate what happened to one of my old favorite games.

They can put the # of players in the TPS reports they send to the boss and get a bonus – so the bots stay!

Then they appease the player base by banning 8000,00,000 quaddrillion bots.

Funny, one captcha in the client on startup and the bots would be gone.

But they can only afford that expensive technology for the payment system.

You’ve not played Wild in NA.

It’s chalked full of Even Shaman bots including at Legend.

When they shutdown bot favorite mode Classic, they all went to wild.

I’ve been working on achievements, and it is frustrating that a bot will never complete a game. It seems to always concede which affects completing some achievements.

Bots are farming xp for gold, so they are trying to maximize time spent in the game. They do not concede

Yeah, I thought that too, but they tend to concede when they’re already dead anyway

Like, they rope half a turn, play something non-consequential and then concede when facing lethal.

I can understand why that can be frustrating even without it affecting achievement completion of some combos. It’s just plain annoying. Either concede immediately or don’t concede at all.

I would suppose they programmed them that way because “never conceding” would be an easy filter for banning bots. It’s much better to make them concede most of the time when the defeat is on the board.

I had not considered that. They never used to concede, but if Blizzard is actually trying to ban more of them, being programed with some more human-like behavior would help them to avoid detection

I have found very few bots this month, they have been reduced by about 70% for me, but yes there are still some even shamans, all are bots, don’t be afraid to report them, but i have never seen mech rogue bots…

There are bots that respond to your emotes, to pretend they are players, but when you play reno on them, they keep trying to play minions until they burn their turn, typical bot behavior…

they absolutely do concede, the moment they determine you have lethal at the start of a turn. they quit instantly.

I most often play garbage decks for fun and lose, but I used to play even Shaman. Usually to try to quickly finish the weekly “win 5 games” quest or something like that. But I stopped because everyone wants to report everyone for everything any more, and it’s really irritating when I was just trying to play a game fully within the rules of the game. I don’t mind ridicule, but I do not want to be banned because of overzealous reporting

source ? it doenst seem to match with how many i see

I am also playing a pirate deck that could pass for a bot, they did me the combo of stealing my entire hand with the legendary pirate, sonya, and brann… and i have tried to replicate it during this days, but the deck is so aggressive that the games usually end before, so i probably got some reports, but i try to differentiate myself from the bots doing BM, and other eccentric behaviors, its a small sacrifice we have to make these times…
So I encourage you to continue playing it but cautious with measures,
and no one has to report you, i usually give up the report button when the rival throws me a mocking emote… and also im sure your list will differ from the generic one used by bots…

I usually copy my lists from hsreplay or occasionally tempo storm or VS when they come out with a wild report, but I do also usually swap something out for Trick Totem because I love that card

I think I played against 2 human players today in 20 matches. The funniest part about all of this is how all the netdeckers now get to feel what all the homebrewers feel.

Its pretty bad. //////

Now that pirate rogue has some new silly aggro cards we can see more pirate rogue bots to help with the boredom of seeing endless even shaman bots.

Blizzard just makes it easy to bot by keeping easy to play aggro decks among the strongest in the game. Well played, Blizzard.

The deck became popular or they were right… seems like a second wave of bots… this time in the form of mech rogues, today i have been finding them non stop xD
I find curious that all of them use the mecha gnome and the titan…
