Used to be everyone agreed that Big Priest was the scurge, even though it wasn’t.
After the Barnes nerf, nobody cares. It’s a garbage deck for the most part.

Big Priest was highrolly and annoying.
It felt like playing against an entitled rich kid.
Broken? Only for a short amount of time.
Necessary? Never.
Big Priest was one of the main reasons Wild stays and continues to stay pretty irrelevant. It destroyed the format’s image before it could establish a proper one, itself.
The stuff that has been going on recently with Mage and Warlock, and now that new Legendary, is obviously worse.
But that does not make Barnes Priest acceptable.

Though, as of right now, DH-lock and the new lego need the nerf-boot shoved firmly up their rears.

Wild is cheaper in long term so they have to destroy it sometimes and discourage new potential wild-exclusive players. I got used to it, once or twice a year you just need to stop playing, that’s all. Get used to or quit the game for your own peace of mind.
Wild is less broken than standard right now. Standard is just a hunter and rogue fest. Almost every class has a broken deck (or two) to play in wild right now.

First of all the best deck in wild will eventually become Razakus. THIS IS IT, SIMPLE AS THAT.
I was playing a version today and had some nice success at rank 9 with it.
And while im 100% sure that the best version of the deck hast been found yet, heres the problem with it:
- You play secret mage? Cool Razakus has reno jackson
- You play a aggro minion based deck? Common, its priest
- You play combo? This deck can tech dirty rat
- You play controll? OK you re gonna lose cause razakus is combo
- Also this decks stronger than it left us cause of zephrys (and maybe dq alextrazsa)
So how do you stop it? It can just be stopped if by a miracle you manage to pull out raza or MAYBE JUST MAYBE with albatross decks.
Mark my words the priest tyrany is coming in wild.

As others have said there are many better decks in Wild right now than Resurrect Priest. You post doom and gloom about a format it is obvious that you have little or VERY outdated experience on.
We’ll see =) I’ve personally been trouncing all Priests with Even Shaman =p

Not like standard is any better. Get killed by turn 5 by huntard or play a priest for an hour. Great meta.

Have you considered playing Highlander Warrior? It has a positive-to-great matchup against all hunter decks as well as most Priest variants.
I’m playing big priest at r8. Not terrible but not exactly a shining star either. I might recraft Raza.
