To play in the beginner ladder?

I just played a Rogue that knew exactly how to play and had a very dominating deck.

I know how hard rogue is to play when you are using cards from other classes and this guy just breezed thru meaning he knew all the cards and had been playing the class for a while.

How are new players supposed to rank up when we are going up against players who have been playing a long time and NOT in our ladder?

This is easy game. You don’t need to know any cards really if you just can read.
Also, there is a “beginner ladder”?

They probably mean the apprentice ladder. If not that then bronze, which is no longer new player but its frustrating to run into absolutely dominating decks that low
