Hi, I’m korena user at Asia server who’s been struggling for about a month to get Nemsy Necrofizle Hero Skin since returning this game.
I know that the Fireside Gathering open room has been blocked since COVID-19. Even if someone participate in a private room, I heard that if the host of the room opens the room with a certified tavern, the participant in the room can get Nemsy hero skin.
I’ve seen it in the news, and I’ve checked the conditions of obtaining Nemsy skin through customer inquiries several times.
But the problem is, I’ve met all the conditions and I haven’t been paid a Nemsy!
The conditions for obtaining Nemsy that I have looked into so far are as follows.

Open the Fireside Gathering with a certified tavern by the qualified host. Here, the host has opened an open room for three or more people before COVID-19, and when applying for Fireside Gathering, the tavern sign can be changed to various other shapes rather than regular lamp shapes. In addition, the hosting details page will show ‘Nemsy Acquisition Available’.

Three or more people must be in the room. This condition is what I learned from the customer’s inquiry.

Play the “Brawl” mode, not a friendly match, during the Fireside Gathering. And looking at past blog posts, there was a story that the brawl mode was only open from Thursday to Sunday, so I did it.
So I met all 3 of the above conditions and played the game, but the Nemsy skin didn’t come in.
I couldn’t find a clear answer even when I inquired about the customer.
That’s why I left this message on the bug bulletin board.
Is it 2020? I heard that there was a time when anybody can get Nemsy skin to the store for free. Of course, it would have been great if I was playing Hearthstone then.
Three years have passed since that day. In the meantime, I’ve never heard of a new or returning user who wants to get Nemsy skin getting Nemsy. Most of them said, “Oh, because of COVID-19, we can’t keep the Fireside Gathering. So we can’t get Nemsy”, and give up.
However, I heard that only private rooms can be held in the Hearthstone news and customer inquiry responses, and that if the existing tavern owner before COVID-19 opens the room, the number of participants in the room can get Nemsy.
But I can’t get it even if I achieve all the conditions!
What the hell is going on here?
Is the Nemsy acquisition condition added that Blizzard doesn’t even know about? Or did you prevent the acquisition of Nemsy after COVID-19?
Please let me know if there are any other Nemsy acquisition conditions other than the conditions I mentioned above.
Is it because there are a lot of comments saying that I have to use the same Wi-Fi (but this isn’t the case when I looked up past blog posts, but has it changed since Covid-19?) or that the recent friendly and viewing servers are unstable?
Why is it impossible even if I did all what I can do?
