When a Warlock class or deck is selected, I cannot search for “Carnivorous Cubicle” in the search box. The game indicates that the card is no longer available in Standard format and now is in Wild. However, if I select other classes or just browse for card library, I can search for Carnivorous Cubicle.
Is this a bug or something ? Anybody having the same problem ?
Not sure if the issue is putting it in the Warlock deck (as his title suggests) or searching for it (as his post suggests):
That being said, I tested the search feature with a Warlock deck and I was able to find the Carnivorous Cubicle in Standard. I put “Cub” in the search bar and he popped right up. I think this may be less a game bug and more user error (like searching for the Cube rather than the Cubicle as RavenDog suggested). Give it another try.
Is it just me, or does this minion look like he could be Spongebob’s angry drunk uncle?
Yes, I mean that. My English is not quite accurate. I am really sorry for that.
It is a bug indeed.
The deck had been created and edited multiple times since previous expansion. I guess some flags are not set up right.
After I delete and create a new one, the Carnivorous Cubicle can be found like others suggest. I am not sure whether you would believe what I said or not. It is hard to overcome prejudice anyway.
Think what you like. The problem has been solved. That is what matters to me.
Yes, it happened to me once, when a new patch dropped that nerfed a few cards of that deck but they were still strong enough to play
So what I did, is I found a deck on hsguru, copied it, built it, and it was painted Red and I was transferred to Wild mode automatically
Then I figured out what’s happening, threw the red versions of the card out, manually searched and found the standard version of it, put it in the deck and it worked
So my running theory is that hsguru has not yet updated the card costs, so there’s an incompatibility/mismatch between the deckcode and the game client
Like, the deckcode clearly points to the card X which costs 4 mana, but in-game that card now costs 5 mana. That mismatch can’t be dealt with other than manually finishing the deck xD
Had this happen when I looked up Rogue decks on hsguru after the nerfs/buffs, any that had Shaldrassil still had it at 7, even almost a week after the patch
