It seems most other casters can make a top tiered deck centered around spells. Warlock spells on the other hand are just too punishing, too expensive, or both.

The devs have been scared to give Warlock outstanding spells since 2017 when they got some of the best Spells ever in HS history. A lot of Wild decks have extensive use of those Spells.
Unfortunately they went the other direction and Warlock has been pretty bad since rotation in April.
