Why am I banned forever if I can’t provide any evidence? I’ve never had any automatic gaming behavior.
Some users have mistakenly identified as bots, and the accounts were banned. Open a ticket with customer service and they should be able to help you get it sorted out.
Is there any evidence of this actually being the case? I don’t have any reason to doubt it, but I with such large ban waves and so many people using bots, I’d also expect a lot of people saying ‘I didn’t do it’ when they actually did. I don’t think they would permaban without any evidence or just going by user reports.
I wouldn’t expect that since it doesn’t make any sense to create an account to post and complain about one bot account getting banned when you’re running 100-s at the same time
I think that’s a good assessment and I would tend to agree. I don’t have any proof to post, other than to say I have a couple friends on my friends list that were banned in the waves. These particular players are fairly high level players, and are always playing ranked standard when I am on. They certainly aren’t botting from what I can tell.
If they are running a bot farm, yes, but not all users botting do that. Some just run a script found on the internet to farm some gold and xp. Just running an auto-clicker to press hero powers is enough to farm, and that’s also a bannable offense.
Facts. You don’t see the hp bots like you once did, either. Those may be the easiest to ban, idk.
This is not where you want to talk about this.
Open up a ticket with customer service and keep escalating until you can get it reviewed.
I have seen people get these bans overturned in the past when they were factually innocnent. It’s rare, but it does happen.
