If you play a Wild game using Whizbang the Wonderful, it seems to be using old recipes from the previous expansion. For example, I just played a game where I got the Libram deck with Tirion in it. This recipe is not one of the Darkmoon lists.
I also experienced this problem.

I got the same problem, the deck recipes include decent of dragons, and ashes of Outland decks. So they are at least 8 Months old. (Missing latest two expansions)

I found the 2 druid decks in the prebuilt deck recipes from scholo and 2 from darkmoon when I’m trying to find out what’s happening after I found Gidra in a Shaman deck (and none of the two darkmoon Shaman decks have Gidra)
I guess they’re mixing the old decks into new ones (so the pool now has 40 decks)? Don’t know if it is a bug or not tho
For the repeating deck recipes of DOD and AOO, I think those are just they used most (well, sometimes all) cards from the old recipes

I also noticed this. It seems to be using the same deck recipe pool from the last expansion PLUS the darkmoon pool. I played warlock and got a current darkmoon recipe, then played warlock again and got a dated deck recipe using Galakrond.
Also voting whizbang for standard in 2020!

Seems to be fixed now. I just played a shaman game and it had corrupted cards. That’s good

Just went through about 10 decks with the innkeeper, and none of them were Scholo decks, I guess it’s true!
