Years ago, I played WOW. Both with mouse & keyboard. New-ish to Hearthstone. I’ve been playing with the mouse, which is OK while you’re getting to know the game.
However, I now find myself cursing at both the lag from my connection (can’t do much more there) and what I call all the “sparkle, sparkle BS” that is eating up my limited response time. When I watch others play, it looks pretty apparent that they’re playing via keyboard.

I’m not sure who you’re watching but there are no keyboard shortcuts for HS. Except for maybe escape to bring up the menu.
I believe you can turn off the animations in the settings (not sure, but I think so). This might help with your lag issues.
You can’t. People have begged for this since HS was released.
