The bug appeared several times. Its kind of frustrating. It will be encounted both in battleground and arena. Sometimes the game seems lost connection with the server. So It couldnt be helped but to quit the game and relaunch. And It wouldn`t be connected to the last match and automatically lost it. It must be a bug about the server.
