What is your favorite C'thun the shattered deck?

I made a verson with hand-buff paladin cards and I was wondering if there is a legend-tier verson out there. I basically use Malygos the Spellweaver to draw out all the pieces. I noticed a potential bug interaction with Mankrik’s wife. The bug occurs once Malygos the Spellweaver draws out Mankrik’s wife, which is considered a spell. After the interaction, you will draw a minion from Malygos the Spellweaver’s battlecry. This can be problematic for the other player since I could draw LoreKeeper Polkelt along with all the pieces. It could be problematic for me because I may have to account for hand size since I will draw an extra card.

That’s not a bug.

Mankrik’s wife is a Cast When Drawn effect. When those trigger, drawing another card is part of the effect.

So, Mankrik’s wife is the card drawing a minion, not Malygos.

I am playing a C’thun deathrarel Rogue (feat Drek’Thar). I have won a lot of matches, and the C’thun spells are usefull, but I still need to win with C’thun it self.

Any version of full spell mage that runs C’Thun, it was my main deck for a while before this expansion, though I haven’t used it as much lately with all the new cards to use, still enjoy it once and a while.

Thanks for the explanation. Normally this situation is to my advantage, so it is good to know that the effect is intentional

Still waiting for bounces/multiple copies of Mankrik to each add a slightly different wife name to the deck

I use the card in almost all my decks as it gives a board clearing to classes that lack it, or at least a 2nd option for board clearing. A direct destroy a minion option where some can only do it to minions with specific attacks. A healthy Taunter, and healthy random damage. I rarely ever get the finished product as most matches end before then, but it goes in almost every duels deck Ive played as its 1 card for 4.

Cthun quest priest .
The only 5 drops are the pieces. Therefore I can ran “3” 6,7 and “2” 8 drops making the deck really consistent and running 3-4 tutors 4 the shard or spells.

I didnt understand anything you just said. lol english please?

sounds like a good idea, might give it a try once I get more dust lol

Yeah is cool.
Double wincon; questline can be built in so many diff ways. Also, the 3 and 4 drops tradeables fit really well with the quest and cthun pieces.
