I have seen this deck dozens of times lately and… it sucks extremely hard? I don’t quite understand where it’s coming from and why I see this deck this often. Not complaining, since I haven’t lost to it a single time I think. The deck does nothing, keeps throwing out secrets, throws out the 1-drop naga, secret tutor, the 3-mana demon and 2 5/5s, then dies.
I can’t see this deck possibly winning anything in this meta, yet I keep seeing it? I thought it would be a diamond thing but after hitting legend it’s still there in the 2Ks. Can someone tell me where this deck is coming from?

it’s supposed to be very ragebaitey. i dont think the hunters who play it know how annoying it is, they maybe just think they’re playing a flashy secretive techy deck.
it was actually very good pre starcraft and i think it might be good now, no? i did unfortunately dust it because of the rotation soon but i would’ve loved to try it out in current meta
I think the deck was just born out of lower ranks not knowing how to play around secrets. I have literally never played against it once, but while I was spectating a returning friend in diamond I saw the deck many times.

Most pilots of it are just bad too. A typical mistake is to use secrets exclusively to “trick” people as if the best opponents don’t know what those would be.
It’s smarter to use secrets primarily offensively to spawn minions because it’s a handicap the opponent can’t avoid and have “trickery” only as secondary.
That said it’s still bad at power level anyway because it lacks board booster tools. Hence they’re often limited at 2 X Titanforged Traps in other decks.
I meet this deck from time to time. You can tell very quickly if the opponent is skilled or not.
A good player can make this deck incredibly annoying and also dangerous.
