I’m losing against every thing late game lol, which should never be the case for a ultra control deck. I lost to Priest, Rogue, Paladin and even Shaman (if they lucky enough with evolve)
CW seems too week late game to threaten my opponents, Rattlegore is one single big guy that I got that couldn’t be removed easily by opponent. And after that, I have 30-40 armor and an empty board, lol.
I though Cthun was going to be the “control warrior win condition”, but maybe it’s not as good as I though during the reveal period (I don’t have it, so I haven’t played it yet).
If you don’t need to craft it, you could try it and see if how it does
Think most people are opting for the ETC OTK in Warrior. Copy ETC twice, use broom for rush; does 42 damage I think. This should be enough to kill most opponents.
It depends on how you’re building your deck. You could build it highlander, which gives you Dragonqueen as a strong win condition. You can build it around Galakrond to have consistent damage in the late game along with buffed minions. Or, you could build towards one or more of the old gods; C’thun and Yogg would be my vote for the best ones, but there’s some menagerie warriors using N’zoth, and if you had enough corrupted cards, Y’Shaarj could be reasonable. Lastly, you could use copy effects to generate multiple Rattlegores, but this isn’t likely to happen against control decks with access to transformation or permanent removal effects, since you won’t get the opportunity to copy in all likelihood.
If you want a late-game wincondition as Control Warrior, play Bomb Warrior… it auto-kills C’Thun and Tickatus decks.

first things first: etc is by far the best control warrior version because it gives you a consistent win con against a lot of decks.
you have different win con for each of those decks. priest you have to either etc combo or try to stick multiple rattlegore after illucia (you will throw away any answer they have to rattlegore from their hand), rouge is all about making sure you dont lose in the early and midgame after which you will take control over the game as they run out of damage and resources, paladin you have to etc otk, shaman is all about board control and handling their evolve turns

ETC combo.
The control warrior with both ETC and Rattlegore has literally no counters except for Priest and Clown Druid drawing wave after wave of threats. Since both of those classes aren’t meta right now, CW is the best deck to pilot.
What others have said. I think ETC is the current favorite but it takes a lot of learning to get right. You have to decide when to give up on the combo just to survive, which meaning understanding how best to playthe alternates of Galakrond, Rattlegore, and fatigue.
I think it to widdle your feo down to no cards and basically Bleed them out with damage over time
I agree, won my last 13 now with etc rattlegote control warrior. Risky skipper build
I believe you bore them to death. I kid, I kid.

ETC combo is the win condition for control warrior, faster than C’thun, can be used to stop aggro in none control matchups much better than C’thun, more damage than C’thun if you get the full combo.
Although it is harder to pilot than C’thun.
Or just play bomb warrior to take a dump on aggro decks.
I wonder which one deck does better versus priest at the moment, bomb or etc cw,
All I know is that cw seems to be doing good against priest at the moment
if I was priest I wonder if they could just keep the board clear while not playing any minions after a certain turn and fatigue warrior. I would imagine they would have to play a minion or warrior if they don’t draw heavy could out fatigue em. More than likely.
Probably ETC, Res and Big priest can set up big bodies to contest the weapon hits from bomb warrior and Dr boom making it so if you draw weapon late you will probably lose, also priest can heal the bomb hits over time, although bomb still absolutely bodies HL and galk priest.
ETC otk warrior just needs to live till they get the combo cause that big burst of damage can’t be healed over time by the priest.
Does anyone know any good instructional vids/guides/coaching to pilot this deck well?
Watch high legend streamers, like DeadDraw, Orange.
But if you’ve ever played Control Warrior and combo decks respectively, the play style depending on the matchups shouldn’t be hard to figure out.
Your win conditions are as follows:
Against hyper aggressive decks and Demon Hunter: big Skipper and Armor Smith turns. You use the Mercenary to copy armor gain cards.
Against midrange decks like Paladin, plus Druid and Priest: surviving until the ETC combo.
Against the warrior mirror: playing Rattlegore first and copying him with Mercenary as soon as possible. Or just playing him first to consistently jam face and actually execute the ETC combo regardless of any armor gain.
