What Forum topics interest you?

There is a bit of small discussion on the state of the forum, thus I thought what will an ideal HS forum looks like?

Personally, I like
Funny/ humorous/ memes topics
Discussion of card or system designs
Sharing of knowledge

All above may not need to be game related but still within CoC rules.

So, what type of topics pips your interest?

I’ve always enjoyed the create your own HS card threads. Those are fun.

I love the lore/story of Hearthstone, but I feel pretty alone in the player base. The Solo Discussion subtopic is a ghost town.

I like deck list success stories with non meta decks. I also enjoy fire seals priest posts. Those are gold!

I like deckbuilding and theorycrafting threads. Particularly regarding archetypes that don’t show up in data aggregates (e.g., Reno DH now, Rainbow DK pre-Mining Casualties, or Control Warrior in MotLK and FoL).

Deck List threads are always appreciated.
I genuinely wish there were way more threads like those.

Just a curious question
Since there are quite a few replies on deck building… But why I notice there isn’t much participation in those thread when available?

I would say because a lot of people just drop the like and go.
Either to go and try it out or try and promote the thread in a way.

But as long as it doesn’t get bumped it will be lost and not enough people will know of its existence.
That’s my guess.

I can’t make any thread about actual game play without getting slammed.

But, I have had some fun with asking who the greatest HS players of all time are, so I think things like that are what players here enjoy the most.
Also; a player’s music thread is still going strong, and it has been up over two years.

A lot of people just take a gander at the list, and then probably copy-paste it to play it themselves.

I try to ask about certain card inclusions or exclusions. There was a great post a week or two ago about a Reno Unholy deck that was really interesting and saw some back-and-forth.

My “Reno DH to Legend” decklist post got no action though. :C
