There are floating arrows on a couple of my mercenaries and I have no clue what they mean. If someone could answer my question It would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
It means that you have enough coins to give them an upgrade! Click on the wagon, once you’re in there click on the mercenary, and then pick which Ability or Equipment you want to spend your coins to upgrade.
