Looks like a desperate try at a highlander hunter that’s also missing the 2 mana highlander guy.
Also it looks like a control deck so idk what you’re doing running scavenging hyena or toxic reinforcements for; that’s not your win condition. Snipe very bad in lackey spam meta. Bad luck albatross in highlander hunter? Just why? You planning on going to turn 20 against combo/control? Deadly shot usually not quite good enough to run, idk though. Hippogryph why? Exotic mountseller too slow. Gladiators longbow is too vanilla to be good anymore 
Wrapped golem why? Siamat why?
Why don’t you tell me what you think of the deck? You got any performance stats? Am I supposed to be blown away by this list or am I supposed to help you improve it? Context unclear.
What 2 mana highlander guy? Can’t find him… what do you mean by I am planning on going turn 20 against combo/ control… I’ve got snipes as I got Zul Jin and I got hyena and toxic reinforcements there is nothing 1 mana or 2 mana to run you still need to survive the first mulligan or what ever…
What I think of this deck is that yes I am winning a lot but also loosing never even passing past R18… just continue being slaughtered every game it’s not very reliable as the previous zul Jin stuff in previous expansion…

He’s talking about Zephrys, which is the strongest highlander card in the game atm. (but you need to earn how to play him and manipulate his offers)
As for toxic reinforcement as a 1 drop in your deck… Just No.
As you pointed out, you want early game to fight for board, contest, and survive. Toxic does nothing of the above.
Snipe is also bad due to the meta. It doesn’t matter if you get a second one from Zul’jin, you shouldn’t be wasting mana/tempo and card draws for it.
Hippo is also “just bad”. He doesn’t impact the board all that much and current aggro isn’t that hindered by it.

Honestly? It looks like a weak take on Highlander Hunter
You have no Zephrys, no DQ Alex and your deck doesn’t seem able to decide what it wants to do.
Snipe is bad, so is Pressure Plate. You want Explosive, Freezing, Snake and Rat traps though. You also seem to be missing a few impactful legendaries like Zilliax, Veranus, Snip Snap and Dragonbane. Highlander Hunter is at its best with a Secret package consisting of the 4 I mentioned, Phase Stalker, Eaglehorn Bow and Hyena Alpha. Some are even running Secretkeeper. There are other things you’re missing as well, like Marked Shot and Ursatron
As for what you should cut, Snipe and Albatross have to go. Toxic Reinforcements is bad outside of Face Hunter and Hippogryph is bad in general. Multi Shot and Baited Arrow are not good enough either really. Neither is Exotic Mounts Eller, and Chimaera is a waste of space too
Poorman’s highlander - not to insult you or anything, I assume you are a new player and don’t actually own many two ofs and you’re just working with what you got while also using Brann.

But I agree with what they are saying
Why toxic? Why chimera? Snipe is iffy in a lackey meta. Hyppogryph is decent if you don’t have many cards, but if you really want to use Hyppogryph, play MR hunter instead with Dire Frenzy.
I would highly reccomend you crafting Zephrys and DQA if you are going to play highlander, as they are THE reason to play highlander.
As for replacements, Spring paw for Toxic, (That murloc-pig) for Chimera, but these aren’t even the ideal options, just the cheap commom ones that come to the top of my head.
Also, if you want a 7-mana threat to replace Mount Seller, I’d reccomend Siamat.
If you want a cheaper alternative (as I recommend you craft Zeph/DQA first) just ask

I will say nicely what others are being pricks about.
Highlander decks use the best stand alone cards, usually lots of Legendary cards. There’s been 4 approaches, Secrets, Dragons, Mechs, and Jeppeto. Secrets and Dragons being the competitive versions.
Beasts doesn’t work that great because you really want consistency for stuff like Hyena. Running a single Albatross also isn’t that effective.
Update, I also maybe misunderstood got a legendary dude that set 1 health 1 attack 1 cost draws 2 minions… but maybe look it up online???

Here’s my Standard and my Wild decks:
First, remove Shield of Galakrond. You don’t have Galakrond. Add more 1 drops, Springpaw is superb. You have too much top end, look at my Standard curve, I only have 5 6+ cost cards, otherwise I get destroyed by aggro. I can afford to be greedier on Wild because of Reno, but you are even greedier than it.
