When I created my HS account there was a message that free decks cannot be awarded at the moment but I have not received my free deck up to now. What do I have to do to get it? Reach a certain rank?
Yes. I believe you have to play until you complete all the ânew player ranksâ or âApprentice Leagueâ which are from 40 to 1. Only after that will you be given the choice to obtain a new deck. A new expansion is launching next week so maybe you should wait on completing those ranks so you can get a new deck from the new expansion.
Also, hearthstone makes so much money from loot boxes and they invest nearly zero on improving the game experience and user interface. If you have question about how the game works (like how you can get the free deck) you can only find the information on other websites instead of you know, the game itself.

Athrax the new free decks are already live, so you dont have to wait to get one. just clear the new player levels.

Loot boxes are P2W things players can pay for to have exclusive or better items than F2P players. But you can easily earn 40 packs F2P, which mean his statement is pure anger, like you.
