Oh, now I understand. The artists of individual cards are mentioned in the card library. I don’t know who did that legendary design to begin with.

That silver dragon border goes all the way back to WoW. It’s modified for HS, but it’s essentially the same border from rare elite mobs from vanilla WoW onward.
