Elemental Cyclone Mage during the Galakrond mini-set period.
Shortest lived fun deck ever, grossly underrated power-wise when played well.
Turn 2 or 3 Animated Avalanche was hilarious.
Malygos Rogue during the first few weeks of Descent of Dragons.
I had like a 90% winrate against Galakrond Shaman which was all people were playing then.
The APM required for turns with Auctioneer and 0 cost cards from Galakrond and Wonderous Wand was insane. I even got a 30/30 Edwin once which actually got to hit face.
Inner Fire Priest. So many great versions of it over the years.

Academic Rogue.
Getting 10+ random 1cost cards was/is pure chaos to try and make it work. Sometimes you get a good highroll, sometimes you get garbage cards. I drew 4 Cataclysms in a row at one time. Good times. Good times.
Tried playing the deck recently again but it’s “too slow”. Nothing but hyper aggro and OTK in wild these days.

Like an adult that still loves the music they fell in love with as a child and teenager, my favorite deck is probably from my first expansion playing: Soul DH. I am still infatuated with Soul Shards to this day and will be sad to see them go. My second favorite is probably Galakrond Warlock, even if it sucked. 
Actually, that’s tied with Tickatus Warlock (in standard) with Jaraxxus.

My Homebrew pre-nerf Yogg/Reno Mage. It was a blast and the first deck I could really climb with in the old rank system.
Spirit of the Undead / Bwonsamdi Priest using Cult Master as a draw engine. A completely different take on the “Rez” mechanic that I wish we saw more of. Took that bad boy to legend it was so much fun even though those 3 cards never saw meta play. I dream of those days lol

For me my favorite alltime deck would be Elemental Shaman from Un’goro. was just a very nice straight forward deck, I really enjoyed playing. Lasted basicly till they all rotated and was also fun with Shudderwock and Hagatha.

Highlander Tess Burgle Rogue (w/ Tog, Spectral, and Academic Espionage). That deck was the most fun ill ever have in this game. I think i had a galakrond and valeera version of it, too. If duels allowed real money to be spent for specific cards (only for duels) id be thief rogue dueling in a heartbeat.
Bowmsamdi/spirit of the dead quest priest. I loved that deck to pieces.
