So there’s a limit for you. My example would be so distasteful that you’d agree it should not be something you should ever have to be exposed to. I agree. (Although some people might find it hilarious).
On the other hand, for many people, the emotes are distasteful enough such that they would prefer never to be exposed to them. Why can’t you be ok with those people never seeing your obnoxious emotes?
People feel how they feel. You can’t just tell people, “Don’t feel that way.” It doesn’t work like that.
Nobody is suggesting the removal of emotes. People already squelch their opponents. It’s already in the game. Autosquelch just makes it simpler, so those players who don’t want to see the emotes can click a toggle one time instead of every single match, sometimes multiple times per match.
