Hey Blizz I’ve been on your website for quite a while now and I have a few suggestions. Fellow readers pls feel free to comment too:

Forum - there is community and multiplayer as the most active threads but I can’t really distinguish the two from what is being posted. Another way to classify could be: arena, battleground, constructed discussions. Benefit: In this way people who default to certain game modes could just stick to that thread.

Enhancement with pictures or links - often I want to post screenshots or put links, but a notice will come out to say links not allowed, which is wierd cos there is a button that says “link”. Benefit - useful for discussion on Hearthstone if people can post discussion on cards or decks using pictures.

Structure - currently, news and key information are not all at one place. Twitch drops, free legendary or decks sometimes appear in eSports, some times in news, sometimes not at all (see #4 below). Will be good if key information on promotions can be in one place called “promotions”. Benefit - single source of information for users, but also helps blizzard organise their advertising better.

Prioritisation - Blizz own site sometimes get less priority than other channels. Quite often information comes out first on Hearthpwn, or Twitter (not everyone has an account) or Reddit before its own site. Benefit - making official site official again helps generate traffic which is good for sites.
