It is decent but i really finding no issues fighting pirate DH.

It is too easy to target.

Still not find a new unkiliax deck to see if it is that good and concierge feel less highrolly than it appeared at the start.
Very strong card but as to what exist in the meta right now she is just your average competitive card.

So, with 16 mana, I played an extremely late Brann into Boomboss. The six TNT killed his entire hand, board, and deck the next turn.

Druid ramp is even crazier than before.

So basically Ramp needs nerfed but we can be sure that it won’t be. They will just punish something else and let ramp run wild for a while.

I can’t believe how much ramp they added, and they now gave warrior access to some of it. Because Brann on turn 6 needed to be nerfed, let’s give warrior ramp and effectively reverse that nerf.

It’s insane. Reminiscent of them publicly stating that giving Paladin consistent access to windfury is a problem then going ahead and releasing an entire set where they give them free access to windfury. Same thing but with ramp now.

I dunno I’m having an easy time beating aggro and most aggressive decks by Dorian then tutoring into unkillax super early thanks to ramp. The ramp is off the charts consistent and strong :muscle:

So basically what i have learned from this set is that one of two things happen.

  1. Infinite Unkilliax
  2. Druid OTK from hand with 0 cost spells on turn 6 or 7.

I’m going back to BG’s until the monthly reset and come back to standard when they feel like making it interesting.

This is the most upside down HS has ever been.

  • Paladin is doing OTK with Spells as if it’s Mage
  • Druid has more spell damage and faster OTK spells that rivals anything Mage has ever had
  • Warrior is ramping like Druid and rezzing as if it is Big Rez Priest 2.0
  • Shaman is now hyper aggro as if it’s Demon Hunter release
  • Demon Hunter is now Charging as if it’s Warrior Warsong Commander all over again

Absolutely nothing makes sense.

It’s like class identity went completely away.

Class identity went away a long time ago… They’ve just stopped caring at this point and might as well do away with classes and just let you put 30 cards in your deck.

Either play hyper turn 4 kill aggro or turn 6 OTK… or try your luck being mana cheat warrior/druid and hope you get matched against the same type of deck and draw better than the other guy

They’ve really destroyed the ability to play a middle of the road fun deck and herded people into a bunch of boring decks and they’re going to kill off most of their player base in doing so

Demon Seed quest (or Tasmin cost) have to be nerfed in Wild as it’s just too strong. Otherwise Wild still will be ultra non balanced and dominated by quest warlocks where game is finished by turn 6.

I haven’t had any problem winning when I go first with Yetis and Ogres Only Hunter Ft. Amani Berserker

I mean, that is the whole point of the tourist mechanic: classes borrowing identities from the classes they are “visting”.

You might want to delete this. This type of post can get your forum rights suspended for 3-6 months.

First of all, you are aware that Team 5 has changes like 3 times when they said that, right? Second of all, no one with any longer experience with HS should put any stock in what is being said to the public. Those things are being decided by the execs and bosses, if they think someone will make them money they will do it saying they won’t.

Achshually the class identity did not go away, they just allowed classes with different identities to mix.

Besides, class identity is a concept that they will adhere to… until they decided that they won’t. At the end of the day they will make the cards they want for a particular class as long as they think it achieves their goals(whatever they may be).

And first part of my post applies here as well: the design team has changed so much that it’s obvious that the philosophy of card design has changed too.

They are fine with that as they do not care that much about Wild. Expect a 3 cards balance patch in next 6 months.

I have no idea. I thought Painlock would be target based on my first couple of hours, but the power jump across the board is just insane.

Yeah, it’s hard to tell when the cards has not been out even for 24 hours at this point.

Lamplighter, certain quest rewards for rogue (3xfireballs dealing 8 dmg, same as lamplighter basically), pirate summoning location, flamewaker location

I’m already sick of people dealing 40+ dmg to me in two turns with nothing on board. You can’t even gain armor from Sleet skater because they’re all tokens
