Warrior, Priest, and Shaman. Why?

I would LOVE to play a warrior deck. But… why are they like that? You know what i mean.

I would absolutely kill a cool little techy priest deck. But uh… why are they so gimmicky?

Shaman? I love shaman in WoW but this game gave me such a festering hatred towards that class. I take pride in having thousands of wins and games played on ALL classes. While maintaining zero. Yes 0. ZERO ranked games on shaman and my shaman class is level 4.

I would so much love to play a shaman but why are they so heavily padded?

Things used to be labeled as ‘shaman tier’ because the class was awful for the longest period of the games history. Now its not and like everything card game its cyclical and they will be bad again.

I remember complaining about them on reddit for like the entirety of 2016-2020, which expansion were they super bad do u know precisely im just wondering because i always remember them being a problem

During the Kobolds & Catacombs meta, Shaman was incredibly bad. Both that set and Knights of the Frozen Throne had awful Shaman cards except for like Grumble, who only got good after Shudderwock was released.

Then during Ashes of Outland and Scholomance Academy the class was also pretty bad. Galakrond Shaman had just been nuked before rotation, leaving the class with essentially no playable decks until Darkmoon Faire, where Evolve Shaman became OP. Then it was nerfed and during the Forged in the Barrens meta, once again, the class was unplayable until the miniset.

From Sunken City onwards however, they actually did a good job in designing Shaman cards, because the class was neither OP nor unplayable. But now in the Starcraft miniset they once again became OP and the Emerald Dream Shaman set, at first sight, looks like a dud.

The new Protoss aggro Priest deck is pretty cool, with some nice interactions.
