Warrior nerfs when?

Surely enough is enough now?

3heads drawing their whole deck faster than an auctioneer miracle rogue, gaining 10+ armour in a single turn, every single tool possible to control board then etc combo on turn 9 because theyre 15 cards ahead of you.

Imagine playing this deck and thinking you’re winning because you’re good at hs.

Baffling.

ETC combo with 7 mana. This has to be nerfed!!

wait, it’s not how the combo works, unless you are already dead

ETC is one of the most difficult decks I’ve ever piloted. My first 50 games I had a 49% win rate while I was getting used to the deck.

Typo, turn 9.

And its consistent since they have the best card draw in the game rn.

Warriors class strength btw… card draw…

Its one of the easiest combos out there to be honest. The only problem is if you are facing fast enough deck that has potential to kill you while you are skillfully dodging any comeback tools.

It’s not about the combo itself, it’s about the complexity of the deck, knowing when to throw away combo pieces for another purpose etc

The only problem is risky skipper. But if you kill him you risk destroying many warrior archetypes.

I agree with Brawler, it’s one of the hardest decks to pilot in the meta. Knowing when to use your combo pieces for other purposes takes a lot of getting used to and is very easy to screw up.

I also doubt there will be nerfs for it since the combo will definitely die on rotation with the loss of risky skipper and bloodsworn mercenary and those are the two most likely to be nerfed cards . If there’s a strong deck that’s difficult to pilot, not terribly popular, and not posting a dominating win rate, and is definitely going to die on rotation in a couple months I don’t think it’s likely to get nerfed.

If multiple archetypes rely on one card that card is probably too strong.

Tbf, how tricky it is to play shouldn’t preclude it from nerfs. Now I DON’T think it should be nerfed, because the basis to nerf it just isn’t there.

Warrior in general has a negative win rate until you get to the top half of legend because it’s the most skill-expressive class in the game right now (and seems like it tends to be in general).

But that by itself doesn’t mean you shouldn’t nerf it. That would be like saying you shouldn’t nerf Genji or Widow in Overwatch just because 80% of people are too unskilled to play them. If they’re causing problems at high ranks, then yeah, nerf bat time. But that’s not true for Warrior right now.

Don’t mind him. He gets angry when he loses to anything. He’s also very smart since everyone knows that combo costs 10 mana and involves playing 5 cards but first he claimed it could be done on turn 7 and then he revised it to turn 9. Turn 9 is theoretically possible if you have the coin and your opponent did literally nothing for 9 turns since the warrior is sitting doing nothing because his hand is full of combo cards.

Nah they’re busy playing skipper, armoursmith, brute, sword eater and drawing with battlerage and cutting class, so have board presence and control plus combo in hand by turn 8-10 consistently, since they’re 10+ cards ahead of you at this point.

I mean you can describe the best things that every class is capable of and make them sound broken.

All you gotta do to beat ETC Warrior is transform Rattlegore and watch them fatigue to death(don’t leave health on the board about the time they have their combo). Its a tough match for Rogue, but something being hard for one class doesn’t justify a nerf.

Just make sure you’re holding a board clear too. I’ve had opponents do this to me and I’ve just dropped the full combo on the board and passed and still won because they didn’t have the means to fully clear it

Yeah, that’s why Rogue has more trouble than other classes, because most of their clears involve minions

Skipper, armour smith, sword eater, battle rage costs 9 mana. Again, as a rogue, what we’re you doing for those early turns again?

It’s also a terrible play and a waste of resources.

Nah warrior is fine, the +10 armour takes a lot of cards and mana to pull off, and ETC warrior might just be one of the most difficult decks to play. Also the card draw doesn’t happen just like that, it needs damaged minions or a weapon with high attack

Nah. It’s ez mode. Cause you know, the current iteration of rogue is REALLY hard to play.
