I do not want to describe it here, where anyone can see and use it until this problem is solved.
I can provide screenshots and describe in detail. I’m assuming this was added by the developers by accident and shouldn’t work that way.

Support redirects to this section, even before the ticket is created.
It does that, if you choose an option path that it thinks is appropriate for this forum.
You have to choose a different option path.
There is (usually) a option at the bottom that says something like “These options don’t work for me; I would rather describe my issue.”
What option path, specifically, did you choose?
