The data is from Sept 14.-20., keep that in mind vs. the 1-3 days results from paid HSR.
Beast Hunter at 56% in Diamond, down to 54% at top Legend. Priest and Warlock Tier 1, too, while Druid, Mage, Shaman and Rogue are in Tier 2. DH and Warrior Tier 3 (sub-50%), poor Paladin Tier 4.
With the Miniset incoming, that might change.
PS. a tidbit from the power rankings discussion, pointed at noone specific - seriously! 
Spooky Mage has recovered in its win rate and is hovering around 50% throughout ladder. Big-Spell Mage is producing good results despite not getting much attention. Don’t be fooled by its decline in play following its nerfs, Mage is still very competitive at every level of play.
