Open journal, go to Gameplay and do not scroll down anything. By default Badlands Achievements will be opened.
Then go to another page with Achievments that contains both completed and not completed Achievments, for example General.
Scroll down the list of achievments to see that everything is correct and all achievement tiles in correct places.
Repro steps:
Then go to Badlands Achievements page again, and scroll it down to the end.
And switch back to General page. At the second sections “Neutral Keywords” a few uncompleted achivements will be replaced with another one from different section

This can be reproed with any achivement lists where u have completed and uncompleted achivements
