Update: iPad constantly crashes in the Shop

I attempt to post this as a reply to my earlier bug report, but the forum gave me an error message because someone else needed to reply to my topic first. :man_shrugging:t2:

I literally have been unable to make purchases in the Shop on my iPad Air 3 (iOs 17.7). It crashes every time, usually when I push the button to select a pack. The closest I got was the time I reached the “how many packs do you want to purchase?” screen before it crashed again.

I was able to get into the Shop on my iPhone, but I don’t enjoy playing on such a small screen.

Look, I am not one of the Karens who constantly complains about game balance or how the latest update has forever ruined Battlegrounds. I just would like to know that someone at Blizzard has seen this and is looking into it. I would think that for a free-to-play game, being unable to purchase from the shop would be a very high priority item.
