Hello everyone!
Firstly, thanks for the game and congrats on the 10th anniversary.
Secondly, I recently played, as a Death Knight, Unholy Frenzy onto an opponent minion with on my side my only 2 Silver Hands minions affected by the deathrattle indicated in Mining Casualties, and, contrary to reborn minions that die and reappear as new with the unholy frenzy effect, in this case, the new Silver Hands appeared without the deathrattle. Maybe I’m wrong, but I first assume it’s a very minor bug that can be solved. I also understand that in essence they are Silver Hands, and the exclusive deathrattle is given by the card that summoned them, so it could be interpretated as a general buff given to them and when they come back to the battlefield the buff disappears. So all in all, I’m not sure if it’s a bug, but at least I want to draw the attention to these cards interaction in hope for a clarification.
In any case, thanks again for the game and the new expansion looks amazing!
It’s not a bug. Unless one of the cards in the interaction says otherwise, enchantments like the Mining Casualties aren’t preserved when moving backwards (grave > field > hand > deck) nor do they copy to a reborn minion when the original dies.

A great example of a similar interaction so you can understand (first one that came to mind, so there may be even better examples): The DK card Tomb Guardians reads
Summon two 2/2 Zombies with Taunt. Spend 4 Corpses to give them Reborn.
This is an effect that grants the minion Reborn OUTSIDE of the token that’s created. So, if you hover over the Zombies, it just says Taunt. As opposed to The Primus, who’s Unholy ability reads
Summon two 3/3 Undead with Taunt and Reborn
If you hover over the Undead, it’ll say Taunt and Reborn. So, like the other reply said, if the Zombies are moved somewhere (e.g. deck, hand) or resummoned, they’ll only have Taunt, but if the Undead are moved or resummoned, they’ll have both Taunt and Reborn
Edit: An example specifically with a granted Deathrattle: Myra Rotspring, a Rogue Legendary that reads
Battlecry: Discover a Deathrattle minion. Also gain its Deathrattle
If you were to resummon Myra, it would NOT have the Deathrattle it gained with its Battlecry, because the Battlecry is what granted it the Deathrattle. The card doesn’t have one on its own.

When a minion is resummoned, it will generally be a base copy of that minion.
Even though your specific Silver Hands did have a deathrattle, the base Silver Hand minions do not have a deathrattle.

Thank you all for your answers. You made it very clear, I understand now why it worked that way.
Good game all
