I’m unable to start an Arena run, when I click the arena button, it’s like the animation effect doesn’t fully finish and freezes, yet I can still click the pay with gold and money buttons: But nothing happens when I do.

I am having the same issue on PC. Entire screen is blurry and the only button I can click on is the “back” button. All other game modes seem to be working fine for me. Tried restarting a few times with no success.
Same exact bug with me on windows 7. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, changing regions, deleting cache, nothing works.

Same issue on Windows 10, but haven’t tried much to troubleshoot other than closing Hearthstone and re-opening.
Same thing, the screen is blurry and if I click the back button it takes me back to the previous menu, but the use gold or pay money options are unresponsive.
I am having the same issue. Did a fresh reinstall and am able to play other game modes just not arena.
Even though this post has been for 3 hours, somehow I did manage to draft a deck after this was opened, but after one run, trying to start another it did bug the same way shown here.

Same problem here. Tried phone and pc both show a blurry screen when at the arena page. Only back button works. Blizzard get on this asap.
