Unable to start matches in standard

Upon trying to play a standard match in Hearthstone, no matter what deck I attempt to play I am receiving the error “There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” This is on both PC and android. Hours before I was able to start matches with no issue. I have not altered any decks between the start of this issue and when I was able to play.

same thing is happening to me, was playing fine for hours earlier, no changes to deck or anything. ive also tried remaking the deck manually but does nothing. arena still works fine though which is weird

So, it’s not just me. Mine did the same thing. It’s not a wire issue, because we can still play duals. I think it might be a server issue. It probably is a good time to get rid of standard, since we still have “modes.”

The same thing happened to me.

This happened to me too. I deleted all decks and tried again. Still have the error… Has anyone managed to sort this out

oh thank god i was just about to buy the season pass when it decided to f*ck me XD

Same issue here. I opened a ticket immediately… glad to know that it’s not just me. I tried different networks, deleting and recreating decks, etc… I can play duels with friends, and I can play solo against the AI, but I get the error when I try to play any ranked game.

Just in case QA is reading this, here’s my original ticket:
“I am trying to play ranked hearthstone and it gives me an error that says, “There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” I am able to play a friend, and I am able to play solo AI, but not ranked. I have tried to play on my phone app (iPhone) and the same issue persists. I am playing on a Mac (if that matters). I have changed my password, restarted my computer, logged out, etc… nothing is working. Also, I have tried on multiple networks and the error persists. Unfortunately, the error is associated with all of my decks- even core decks. I just created a new deck with no restricted cards (and didn’t copy and paste) and I am still unable to play (and getting the error). It’s been since the update yesterday if that has anything to do with it.”
