For problems installing or patching Hearthstone, or crashing during game play while using a 2020 iMac.
I’m seeing HS:CT;NetCacheProfileNotices=0;NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollection=0 in the upper right hand corner of my screen.
In the center I am seeing the following message from Hearthstone:
Closed
Your game timed out as it was requesting data from the Hearthstone utility service. Please relaunch hearthstone to reconnect.
I have tried to reinstall Bnet and hearthstone with no resolution.

I’ve tried to clear out all caches I could find and once again reinstalled. No luck… any help from blizzard?
