3rd one today! How this game survived this long in Beta state?
It’s still only you. I hardly ever have disconnects. Perhaps once a month or so. And I don’t see others complaining like you do.
In other words, your internet connection is clearly far less table than average, and that’s why you have these issues. Or you have something misconfigured.
Have you tried asking for help in the Technical Support forum?
Yes i did. And after thorough investigation, in which i was involved with providing all info and data they asked for, they said we can not find anything on your side which could be causing this so they still blame it on my end and threaten me with acc ban if i continue to submit tickets on that topic…
So it can not be my internet connection cause like i said everything else is working fine, only with HS i have issues!
And lets say i have that minor disconnects. Why game can not reconnect? Why i need to restart the game to be able to continue the game (if i notice it on time and get back before i lost my turn)?
