I’ve played many games since starting, but the apprenticeship level is stuck at level 2/3. My characters also won’t progress after I’ve won games. It has not been resolved by logging in/out and only moved when my opponent would concede. I’ve tried logging onto PC (because I mainly use mobile) and my progress is also stuck there. For example, none of my games counted for the first “play 3 games” unless the other opponent conceded.
They are working on a fix for this issue.

A patch will release today which will fix this bug.
