Came back to the game recently, after a hiatus since 2016.
Unlocked most solo adventures between then and now from the Blizz shop myself and got help from GM Lynieth to unlock the rest.
Everything works except One Night in Karazhan - when I select Normal and click on Choose - the next screen is stuck at indefinitely displaying the message “Waiting for a delivery raven…”.
As I understand I should receive an invitation which unlocks The Prologue with the first boss encounter “An Uninvited Guest” - this step doesn’t appear for me.
All I can see are the 4 wings in the background and an empty row below them, where The Prologue is supposed to be.
To set up Karazhan on 3 May 2021 my Transaction History received an entry for “One Night in Karazhan - The Parlor” Order ID EU487582561.
My guess is the order should’ve been for “Karazhan - The Prologue”
As it stands now the Karazhan adventure is unplayable to me, because when I choose Normal the next screen is stuck with the message “Waiting for a delivery raven…”
and all I can do is get back out.
