Hi there, today I’ve been unable to play hearthstone on my mobile due to an issue. Everytime i tap on play and I’m waiting to be connected to another player i just got disconnected and there’s an error message that says: “there was an error starting your game, please wait a few minutes and try again”
I already waited about an hour, i cleared cache from the app, i restarted the app, even restarted my cellphone and finally i deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing seems to work, im getting that message everytime i try to play
(I’m unable to play from another device, my laptop is under repair)
What could be causing this issue?
Is there something i can do to resolve it?
