Yes, I see a problem in hero portraits being regional exclusives when they were said to be a worldwide promotion.
No, I am not against limited time offers. I, for example, bought the Rastankhan hero portrait with the pre-order.
Don’t get me wrong because I understand from where are you coming from but my ONLY problem with this whole Tyrande situation is that they named the promotion in a way that it was just false and they promised to solve that problem, but never did. I get how the world works and I don’t want to sound whiny (I probably do). However, this promotion was simply unfair and handled very badly and I won’t pretend that it did not.
It’s a poorly handled promotion, that’s it.
It’s one thing to have a preorder exclusive, which is fair, or a hero unlocked by attending an event that is held constantly everywhere and you can make yourself if you want.
Even Overwatch league does it better - you can get exclusive skins with credits obtained by Twitch drops. Not every country is eligible for those, I for example can’t get them, but I can buy the credits by other means.
I see where you are coming from. And i dont know what Blizzard promised or not. But i still havent had an answer to my question. How would you like to see Tyrande be made available. Do you think Blizzard is in a position to make Amazon /Twitch Prime available in all countries on the planet? This was an Amazon Prime exclusive item. Or Twitch Prime. Not everyone has access to it.
How would you circumvent this issue, without screwing people who have gotten the Hero on a special exclusive deal? Its false adverticement to claim an item is exclusive through a special deal, if its made available through different means later. Then it simply wasnt exclusive. And one didnt have to buy Twitch Prime to get the item. Thats false adverticement.

However instead of throwing accusations back and forth let’s remain a bit civilized and certainly let’s not wander off topic.
So Cleng you ask me how do you want to see her return. Well the opposite way as it went before. So only a select group of countries had the chance to get her back then.
I think to prevent people raging on the fact that “they feel robbed/cheated”, the best course of action would be to turn the roles around. Make her available through another equal promotion but restricted to the countries that haven’t had the chance because their country was excluded.
See it as “making amends for a mistake on their part”. That way the countries that already had the chance have no reason to feel robbed or cheated on and the countries that now feel discriminated and left out get their fair chance as well.
Whoever misses out on that one for whatever reason can not further complain about the fact that they haven’t had a chance.
Also @Cleng to get back at your statement I did come up with ideas. But I haven’t had any reply on that so far, then again you’re not a Blizzard official. They’re being awefully quiet.
Keep in mind that Blizzard can’t just release Tyrande again without Amazons permission.
This was promotion between Blizzard and Amazon, and for Blizzard to ignore that would probably lead to legal issues.
I don’t really like Tyrande, but I agree with people wanting a 2nd chance to get her. She is a major lore character, limiting her to a third party site with limited access across the world is stupid.
If this was a new character to hearthstone or a minor character I would have been fine with it, but locking away a big lore character like that is just dumb.
I know I’d be pissed if Kael’thas would be handled the same way if he is released.

You miss a few serious points. As the person above me explained. Blizzard is propably limited by Amazon, since it was a deal made between these two companies. Allso its not Blizzard who limited Tyrande. Its Amazon that was the bottleneck. Because Amazon doesnt support sertain countries. But you are complaining to Blizzard. You dont see the problem here? Its not Blizzard who restricted the access. If people feel robbed. They should complain about the deal Blizzard made. And here you might have a point. And perhaps complain to Amazon for not being available in different countries. Again. If Tyrande is the only reason, not a big complaint there.
And making amends. Not sure if they need to. But Blizzard has all the opportunity to release other characters, or perhaps a Tyrande in a different form/costume. But not the same card. The Tyrande that was a exclusive with Twitch Prime, cannot be released in any other way. Perhaps Twitch Prime or Amazon can bring the exclusive back? I dont know. But the Amazon restrictions will probably still be there. Its still not Blizzard who is excluding countries. Its Amazon.
