Twitch Drops Not Received

I watched the twitch community streams last week and claimed my drops. It has been 5 days since the drops were claimed and they haven’t showed up.

I followed all of the trouble shooting items on this page and none of it has worked. Last week there was a banner on this page that said some twitch drops are taking longer to show up and to wait. I have been waiting and that banner seems to have been taken down from this page making me think that maybe the issue was fixed for most people, but not for me.

Try to write a support ticket directly to blizzard in this case.

I did and they routed me to create a bug report here stating: “Since Customer Service cannot grant Twitch drop rewards, if the problem persists after you verified the previous steps, I would strongly suggest you to report it through the link I’ll provide below. This way we have the appropriate team to investigate this and make the next call.”

Try to contact twitch aswell. Maybe its a problem related to their end.
