I watched Masters Tour Seoul on www.twitch.tv/playhearthstone for 12 h since yesterday and I got no packs on my EU server account which is connected to twitch. I got the notification on twitch for 2 Uldum packs yesterday, but I didn’t get them in game. Instead, I got 2 packs on US server which is not connected to twitch. Also, today I am watching for more than 4 h and still nothing, and no notification on twitch. My account is connected and everything. Last promotion on Vegas tournament everything worked fine, and now something is broken… 
Please HELP !!!

Ok, So In my Twitch account it shows that I’ve been awarded 5 packs thus far. The only packs I’ve received in Hearthstone has been 2 from Day 1. In Hearthstone for Day 2 and Day 3 no packs.
I’ve had no problem at all with the Rise of Shadows twitch drops, I got all of them. For some reason though I didn’t get any of the Uldum packs for Masters Seoul on Twitch. I doubled checked that my account was connected and logged in, I’m following playhearthstone, and I watched a ton of Day 2, and almost the entire Day 3 broadcast, but I never got any twitch drop notification. The Rise of Shadow drops are still in my notification log, but I didn’t get anything at all for Seoul.
Strangely, only got 1 pack from about 6 hours of viewing Twitch during the live broadcast on Friday night (EDT). Figured maybe drops weren’t live the whole time (thought the message was “drops enabled”). So I watched another 5 hours or so of the live stream Saturday night but didn’t get the 2nd pack. Twitch only showing 1 pack awarded. The pack did arrive, but I should have 2.
Same deal. Only got 1 pack after watching way more than 6 hours.
2 packs is really not all that much and they’re still trying to cheat us even out of those.
You think if you write them a support ticket they’ll help? I sincerely doubt it, but someone might wanna try.

What is interesting is that this seems to be just a few of us with this issue. However, there were several thousand viewing on Twitch…so maybe most of them didn’t have this issue? Still no drops into my Hearthstone Account from Twitch. So is this a Blizzard issue or a Twitch issue?

I had the same problem. I got just one Uldum card pack after more than 6 hours watching. I started in the early Morning around 4 o’clock and received the card pack at around 11 o’clock.
In the second to last tournament from rise of shadows, I got my card packs in less than 6 hours. (I watched more then 6 hours in total so no benefit here, but it seems, that there is something not working perfectly right with the drops.)

I´ve watched the whole stream on sunday the 18th august, been around since 4:00 until the end. i didnt get the 3h nor the 6h watchtime pack, even tho my account is correctly linked and well i watched long enough, about 8hours+. my account is surely connected properly since i´ve gotten packs before on an other hearthstone stream, but not this time.
Any news on the packs issue from Blizzard? It’s way past 48 hours drop time and I still have not received all packs (just 1 SoU) while watching way more than 6 hours. So still 1 pack due. Please live up to your promises stated in the terms and condition in the action. It’s your responsability!

ich habe an zwei Tagen sicher mehr als 6 Stunden geschaut und gar keine Packs bekommen. Mein Account war mit Twitch verknüpft! Leider nichts :(. Mein Partner hat auch zur selben Zeit mit seinem Account zugesehen, er hat die Drops bekommen. Da stimmt doch etwas nicht ganz, oder?
Wäre schön wenn man die Drops nachgeliefert bekommen würde, würde mich auf alle Fälle sehr freuen 
Es ist ja nachvollziehbar wann und wie lange ich zugesehen habe

i miss the drops as well as many others. Im sad, becorse i watched really a long time 
( it was interested indeed). So i will be happy if i/we get the drops who promised.

Is there any sign that they are aware of this issue? Up to now I only see the bug reports put no signs that the have been noticed.
It would be nice to see that to reports are being noticed and which is the final result or solution for the issue.
Yeah same here no packs watched whole saturday amd sunday stream…
I also watched all day yesterday and only received a pac for the Asia tour. none after for Europe or America.
