in the mercenary task, i just started playing and one of the tutorial quest (tutorial 1: What a boar!) i have finished the quest but i can’t claim the quest. a thing pops up saying “there was an error claiming your task, please try again later.” but that has been a day already and i still cant claim it. also, in the packs menu, the 4 mercanary packs is there but i cant click or drag it to open it…how do i claim the packs and rokara? the quest is just sitting there in the bulletin board at the fire place…
Go to your party screen, remove one hero from your current party, then you can accept the quest reward.
(It seems the cause of the issue is that you already added a hero to the party so it is full and rokara can’t be auto added by the tutorial. Probably no one at blizzard has thought about having a full party before the tutorial is completed, since there were no free heroes from alterac valley reward track back then.)
