Why does this crappy card exist in the first place? Literally the only time it’s played is by mistake and it always seems to happen when I use Yogg or prison of Yogg etc. God I hate this card lol.
That’s kind of the reason it exists. There are many cards that are awful that exist to dilute the random pool.

because cards with the text ‘‘random’’ should also hit some duds sometimes.
