Treasure card in heroic brawl

I had the heroic brawl purchase bug and accidently used 1000 gold to buy the ticket. Fine.
Then I was kicked out a rogue who was using treasure card(in my game he used Dr. Boom’s Boombox and Banana Split). Please tell me it is fair and not a bug abused by people.
